Meet Our Dental Implant Specialists
Dr. Adam Foleck went to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for his undergraduate degree , and then received his dental training from Temple University School of Dentistry. He then went on to post-graduate training at the University of Mississippi Medical Center/School of Dentistry in their Advanced Education in General Dentistry program. This great program allowed him to concentrate on implants and cosmetic dentistry. After he completed this special training, here located to Norfolk, VA where he went into private practice.
In 2002, Dr. Foleck completed the prestigious MAXI/Implant program. The implant course was a year long and was completed at the Medical College of Georgia in Atlanta. Next, he received an Associate Fellowship standing in the American Academy of Implant Dentistry in 2004. Dr. Foleck was one of only thirteen in North America to receive Diplomate status from the American Board of Oral Implantology. He also became a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry in 2012. The these awards are the highest credentialed recognitions in Implant Dentistry and are highly sought out by the best implant dentists.
Dr. Foleck believes in helping the next generations to learn and grow, so he continues to lecture on implants, in the United States and internationally. He also mentors dentists who are interested in implant dentistry. He has affiliations with the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association, the Tidewater Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
Dr. Foleck currently serves as chairman on the Membership Committee for the American Academy of Implant Dentistry as well as on other committees. He is a former President for the Southern District of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and is on the Board of Trustees. He is a proud member of the Rotary Club of Norfolk and giving of his time to charitable organizations.
Outside of the office, Dr. Foleck enjoys training and participating in triathlons, traveling and spending time with his wife and children.
Dr. Markonda’s journey into dentistry began in his hometown in southern India, inspired by his father’s dedication to patient care and his mother’s encouragement. After earning his dental degree in India, he moved to the United States to advance his training and broaden his expertise.
He completed a fellowship in Orofacial Pain and TMJ Disorders at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine and then an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the University of Rochester. There, he served as Chief Resident, earned a scholarship, and contributed as a Teaching Assistant in oral surgery and dental photography.
Dr. Markonda specializes in implant dentistry, oral surgery, and full-mouth restorations, with a special focus on creating custom, natural-looking smiles. Whether it’s implant-supported dentures, fixed implant restorations, or solutions for missing teeth, he combines advanced technology with a personalized approach to help patients regain both confidence and function.
He believes in evidence-based care and works closely with each patient, reviewing photos and 3D scans to ensure results meet or exceed expectations.
Outside the office, he enjoys skiing, swimming, and volunteering in the community. He also shares helpful dental insights and case studies on his blog.
When he is not in the dental office, Dr. Limon spends time on continuing education in order to stay abreast of all the new dentistry innovations, including new techniques and technology. In his time away from work he enjoys outdoor sports and is a huge fan of road cycling.
Dr. Novak is a dedicated dentist with over 20 years of experience, specializing in the art of dental implants. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Louisville and her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from St. Petersburg State Medical University. After honing her skills in oral surgery and general dentistry in 2000, she found her true calling in implant dentistry in 2013. Since then, Dr. Novak has successfully placed and restored more than 600 dental implants, including single implants, implant-supported bridges, and implant-supported dentures.
Her commitment to restoring smiles and improving lives through dental implants is at the heart of her practice. Dr. Novak uses the latest techniques and state-of-the-art technology to ensure each patient receives the best possible care. Whether it’s restoring a single tooth or performing a comprehensive full-mouth reconstruction, Dr. Novak’s expertise spans a wide range of procedures, including anterior aesthetic zone implants and both removable and non-removable implant-supported dentures. She has completed over 300 hours of continuing education in implant dentistry to stay on the cutting edge and provide the most advanced solutions available.

Dr. Francisco Limon, DDS
Dr. Francisco Limon graduated from the University of Texas, School of Dentistry in Houston TX and completed his residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry in 2012 at the University Dental Center in Houston TX. During his residency he was awarded the resident of the year award. Dr. Limon has enjoyed working as an associate dentist since 2012. While enjoying all aspects of dentistry, Dr. Limon really enjoys cosmetic dentistry, in particular crown, bridge, and veneer work. Dr. Limon’s work experience has given him the opportunity to work with children and adults alike, making him an excellent choice for a family dentist.
When he is not in the dental office, Dr. Limon spends time on continuing education in order to stay abreast of all the new dentistry innovations, including new techniques and technology. In his time away from work he enjoys outdoor sports and is a huge fan of road cycling.
