To ensure that your experience at The Foleck Center is comfortable and easy, our friendly staff can help you complete all of your insurance paperwork and can even file it for you in our office the same day.
However, we ask that you be aware that insurance estimates are based upon the information available at the time of your appointment.
Any amounts quoted could change before your treatment and you will be responsible for any costs of your treatment that your insurance provider does not pay for.
Additionally, we also ask that you be ready with applicable your co-payment when you check in for your appointment.
We can help you with the basics, but for more detailed information about your coverage or insurance plan, you will need to contact your insurance provider or employer directly.
Cherry Financing
Cherry Financing is a credit line intended to help patients and their families pay for medical, dental, and veterinary expenses. The plan works much like a credit card. Patients simply apply as they would for a credit card and once approved, their account can be used like a credit card to pay for their services.
The account can be used for multiple family members, different procedures or even emergency pet care. This can be handy for unexpected expenses or when insurance coverage does not pay for services.
